That is in reference to the information over the weekend of a reversal on tariffs for electronics reminiscent of smartphones, PCs and many others:

• Trump exempts telephones, computer systems, chips from new tariffs
• Smartphones, computer systems and chips will nonetheless face 20% tariffs
• Lutnick: Electronics merchandise may have particular tariffs coming in a month or so
