• It could push again output will increase when it meets on Dec. 1

• in keeping with three OPEC+ sources accustomed to the discussions
• Ministers final shelved the rise for a month after they met nearly on Nov. three
• Two different OPEC+ sources mentioned it was too early to say what the group will determine.
