  • Japanese authorities to compile a supplementary finances of about 13.5 trillion yen ($87 billion)
  • to fund a stimulus package deal to assist low-income households and offset rising costs
  • authorities would supply 30,000 yen to low-income households which can be exempt from residential taxes and 20,000 yen per baby for households with households
