Additional experiences of Trump to slam an additional 15% tariff on ALL Japan imports.

Asahi newspaper citing White Home official:

• U.S. so as to add 15% tariff on all Japanese imports
• U.S. won’t apply exceptions to Japan for merchandise that have already got tariffs exceeding 15%

This information initially dropped simply after the US shut, in a time of very skinny buying and selling liqudiity:

• There are some experiences that Trump goes to hit Japan with an additional 15% tariff, yen hit
• Yen has stabilised after large information that Trump may slam Japan with additional 15% tariff

I posted then how we had seen this coming earlier within the week.

From Monday:

• Akazawa, mentioned commerce settlement between the US & Japan is just not a legally binding dedication

Then this from Tuesday:

• Japan’s Akazawa is but to substantiate the tariff settlement with the US
• Akazawa is heading again to the US for extra talks
