The European main indices are closing largely larger. The one exception is the German DAX:

US indices are larger as London/European merchants exit:

• S&P index up 55.20 factors or Zero.87% at 6428.75.
• NASDAQ index up 210 factors or Zero.98% 21595.22.
• Russell 2000 up 47.49 factors or 2.14% to 264.02.
